Is it possible to make a registered command depend on existing items, I.E. a command working only if you have the radio?
i'd imagine just doing a check for the item in the command such as client:HasItem( )

VOX Announcer is now converted well for NutScript. I know It will be minor but I know there will someone who need this. Check the plugin in NSPluign git if you want.

half of the items are clothing and guns, so I guess that increases immersion of getting shot while looking fabulous.
did an optional upgrade to the default roll system to allow roll20.net style syntax (you can still do it the old way without specifying arguments) e.g. /roll 1d20+5 [img]http://i.imgur.com/SXNyL1h.jpg[/img] is a plugin atm but will see if I can get pushed as a replacement
So guys how do we get more people to use Nutscriiiipt. It's got a lot of potential but the smell of doo doo and oppressive DRM is covering it up in the server list. What do.

Please note that there are some things from HL2RP in there since i don't know how to do somethings in NS Yet. I'm used to Clockworks, they will be removed and replaced with my own in future updates!

Is there a list of all the bodygroup/part base items, or are they all in the lua somewhere? Or do I have to add these in myself?
