Yeah, something like this would be great.
I think only admins can set bodygroups using /charsetbodygroup or something, so it would be good to allow players to change their bodytypes by typing commands like /helmet. Not sure If it can be done, I'm new to lua.

Those reference pics would look amazing in a gamemode. I think they're all great but the 3rd one is probably my favourite. You could always have a picture in the large space to the right (like how GTA usually do it as you switch between menu options), or server owners could have something HTML related to their gamemode there like how it already looks. (E.g. if it were space RP it could show current levels of O2 n shiz)

I'm really liking the third one, I feel like more menu options could be easily added to it.
Also, a question, is it possible to change the stamina system so that, rather then running out of stamina and not being able to run, your speed slowly decreases as you continue to run?

Strange, it worked with those three prefixes before.
Just got my pull request accepted, added a new shared hook for schema's named BlockPlugins that receives the plugin name, returning true will block the plugin and returning nothing or false will let it load. You can block plugins from either nutscript or the schema itself. Here is an example.
