Is there a good sample schema that demonstrates all the key features of NS? The sample is kind of outdated and doesn't include stuff like player classes, etc.

Type nut in console and I'm pretty sure you can move it around with a console command. You can look through the commands there via the arrow keys. I know there are some console commands that are nut_xxxxx That's all.

ran into a slight problem, sorry if I sound a bit stupid but....how would I change / enable a user to change to a higher or lower class within a faction ? I have the class and faction all set up its just changing users to it is the issue

You can sell NS1.1 and sub-license it as long as you keep the copyright notices and credits.
