I think when Black Tea says it is default, the feature comes with NS by default. There's a config in the menu to enable 3rd person and a client-side option to toggle 3rd
Might be advantageous to put in the command /flagtake so that admins can take flags from people. As well as adding a flashlight. I know those might not be high on the "Development" ladder, just a reminder. Thanks for your hard work!

I'm pretty sure that is already added.
The flashlight stuff is schema specific. By default you can turn it on.

I must be blind then, cause no where in the coding could I find something for it. I tried turning it on normally, no use. Tried using it in both ModernRP and hl2rp schemas, no use. No item available for em so attempting to /chargiveitem was unusable for that purpose. I don't know.

How can I add citizen voices in hl2rp 1.0?
I would like to add custom menu music and perhaps even custom voice files to one of my Schemas.
I know of the resource.AddFile thing, but I'm not sure how to use it in nutscript, or any other gamemode for that matter. How would I go around doing this?

The thing i'm hoping for is HL2RP with NS 1.1 comes with shooting locks and like in Clockwork when you spawn an item in the Q menu its automaticly storage.

That edit menu thing is default for Gmod. The only thing you need to do is grab the pos like he did and update the item in some way.

I've set up custom music using the FastDL, and after a (long) conversation with my server host support, we got the FastDL to actually download the sound file. But when I join the server, I just get

I don't think ogg files are supported unless I'm mistaken
