It works on a server, just very poorly. As said in the main post, It is not done.
EDIT: I would also like to add that editing peoples "ranks" with the aids_menu doesn't work at all, and instead spits out a lua error.
if you want it fixed you should probably provide the error

Because that's a super old version from gmod11.
If you guys have errors i'd like to see them, i've been testing on a listenserver and everything works so either dedi's don't support legacy addons properly or you're installing them wrong.

Mine gives no error, it just does nothing when I type in the command even after binded
