looks like the plasma rifle bug is fixed... nice.
Is there plans for the needler to be put in the SWEPS pack too? I figure the fletchette gun's probably a good template for it if necessary but i don't have any experience with gmod scripting/modding... yet
Can you fix also the problem when you give one swep to an npc for example when you give a halo_dm_ma5b to a citizien, and he use all the ammo.

Anyway, I've been working on a hud to go with these sweps.

I was going to use Halo2 textures for the hud because it looks better but I had problems with it. (The halo 2 version will be in the release and can be enabled by a console command)
PS. This hud is not in the SVN yet!

I tried the newest revision and have 1 issue the sniper conflicts with my other mods causing it to be the 1 shot HL2 one(the model that is). Also it seems if you zoom with the pistol then use secondary fire you do not see your gun until you reload or zoom in and back out.

I fixed the pistol issue.. I also don't understand what you are trying to say about the sniper.

The hud is in the SVN.
Some commands.
halo_3dhud 1 = on, 0 = off (Turn off or on the arrows above the players head)
halo_hudtype 1 for halo 1 style, 2 for halo 2 style, and 0 for off. (Remember the huds are still VERY WIP)
If you don't want the hud on at all use this.
halo_hud 1 for on, 0 for off.
ok with te sniper the view modev is V_sniper which conflicts with the beta sweps pack and the Armored combat frame work mod. due to they are named the same (no halo prefix on the view model)
Alright, the sniper conflicting with other mods is fixed.
Also started making the weapons not error out on NPCs.
Great job with the update, but it seems the Rocket launcher explosion particle is missing now.
Oh and melee attacks seem to be rather far ranged, but it's no big deal.

Hmm. I changed the explosion to a particle effect to an episode 2 effect. That may be why it is not showing up.
I am also planning on re-making the melee system, since the current system us complete shit.

Hm.. Well I have Episode 2. Maybe you mistyped the particle it calls for? I'm not sure.
