Interesting. I added all the content from BM:S to the server(materials, models, sound, resources, particles and media) which took forever and I still get a ton of errors and a missing content pop-up.
I also have the BMRP Content.
What did I do wrong? I restarted the server so I know its been all reloaded after the stuff was added.

Did you remember to upload the BM:S Content to your Own Garry's Mod Client (Not server)?
Put the content into a workshop and have everyone download it when they join.

I know that will fix mine, but the problem is that it wont download for everyone else. As far as I know, no one has uploaded the BM:S content as a workshop addon and even if I did, it would be a hassle.
I remember I could use the Heartbit map back in the day and join w/ out any errors whatsoever. I didn't have Black Mesa Source installed at all on GMOD or my PC at all.
Dunno how they managed that.
Does anyone still have the content pack for this gamemode or any other downloads? Most of the downloads do not work/are expired so if anybody has these saved that would be a great help.
