Kingrey's server is now running the 4 ship map with 4 teams. Only bug though is that the green ship's engineering does not function. Luckily the green team normally starts with a Mk 4 or Mk 5 weapon by pure chance, so it balances out.
Oh and, for all of you derailer noobs, the only time I care about other people's grammar is when it makes their statement ambiguous.

Ah, your one of the edits on top of edits on top of edits people (Like me). You should take the time to make your post in one-go instead of editing it 200 times.
You know a station or two would be a GREAT idea. Maybe a base where everyone spawns, and the ships and fly to and "dock" to and teleport new crewmembers on/off.
A few other random stations would be good for "meeting places". A place to meet without directly putting your ship in danger of attack.
Also, because stations would be AWESOME, make sure to have at least two of them, three to be safe.
While your at it there NEEDS to be threats besides the other ships. Like meteor showers, or ion storms. Something fun :).
Well there are issues with hammer and garry's mod doesn't really allow randomness of maps at least what I know about it.

There is a way. There is always a way. Maybe it might not even technically be the map, but parts of the map which are already there but "activated" by a script.
You could create a few preset planets, stations whatsoever and hide the teleporting beacons for them. Then these teleporting beacons get a random set of coordinates and are activated on specific quests and BAM: You have a partly randomised world. So yeah definitely possible.
