DarkRP 2.4.X - Garry's Mod - Facepunch Forum

Officially the gangster isn't under the mobboss. By that I mean there is no hierarchy in the DarkRP Lua. Doing that would be practically really hard to do. Besides the scoreboard has to be compatible with other gamemodes too, like sandbox.

Anyone know how I could make AR2 ammo available for purchase along with the Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun ammo's? I got buyable AR2's to work, but the ammo won't show up for some reason. Any suggestions?

FPtje, When I Buy a vehicle, their status on being owned or unowned doesn't change. Even if i spawn it through the F4 Menu it still says unowned, yet I own it.... Check that out plox??

Hey, anyone know how to make it so a certain class has notarget enabled on it? Would this require a new addon?

Is there away to Limit a Job to a rank that isn't admin, So if i make a new thing in ULX or Users.txt they can be that job, and no one else.

umm i just got the svn ver of darkrp 2.4.1 an yeah its not working. here are my errors DataStreamClient: Unhandled stream DarkRP_PlayerVar!Warning: Unhandled usermessage 'FRecieveGlobalInt' :1: attempt to call global 'ChangeJobVGUI' (a nil value) please help :/ my f4 menu dont work cant use Q an cant buy an doors Also it works in my singleplayer but in my dedicated hosted server is were the problem is any ideas why?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WTF IS GOING ON WITH MY shared.lua files. i have not tryed it yet but before i had svn 2.4.1 installed i had 2.4.1 an i was tryin to add jobs to the shard.lua an i know i was doing it correct but i would still get yellow tags in the TAB bar an no jobs. im gonna try adding a job now with the svn ver hope it works didnt mean to reply before sorry about that but i just tryed to make a job again an i got the same bullshit yellow tags in the tab bar no jobs on the f4 menu but i can /what ever the jobs name is an it will switch me to the job please help

Yellow names in tab = teams made incorrectly or another error in shared.lua or cl_init.lua. The second option is unlikely as it works for everyone else.

what if it is the cl_init.lua what would i have to fix in there?

How Do i change the Job names of the default classes my dark rp seems to mess up when i do eg Mayor to Prime Minister Gundealer To Weapons Trafficker etc [editline]12:49AM[/editline] Also How Do i add agendas for other teams?

Other teams are not really teams. They are sort of player classes. You work individually rather than together in DarkRP unless you are gang or police.
