I'd actually made an account because now that TS2 is leaked I have no reason to stay at the TnB roleplay community aside from the community itself, which at the moment is in shambles of it's former glory.
Yay. :)
e; Oh boy, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Roleplay wasn't leaked!
>makes an account to post on this thread.
shameful.
now i can steal these entities wooooo
no surprise considering you stole a snippet of code then rehashed it on cloud 16 as your plugin
I'll be sure to pull this apart and see how it ticks. Thanks for the release.
this is a leak, not a release, it's just that none of the people who worked on it care at this point.
also does this version of ts2 still have the exploit where you can spawn items via console commands?
i'd assume so, that was fixed like 8 months after the version you're looking at. i don't know why it was like that before, but it was probably horsey's doing.
this is a leak, not a release, it's just that i don't think any of the devs have any care left
I actually do.
I'd rather have the gmod community be spared from TS2.
good on him, at least he's isn't spending 90 hours a week on a computer roleplaying and actually attempting to have a normal life
He doesn't though. He spends it all on DayZ. He has Thousands of hours on it.
I actually do.

Better than clockwork. I absolutely cannot roleplay on clockwork servers.
I actually do.

i'm still chuckling at foofighter trying to drop it on facepunch as if anyone actually still wants it
He doesn't though. He spends it all on DayZ. He has Thousands of hours on it.
Honestly I wouldn't care if he left, I'm leaving GMod sooner or later but he could have done it in a way that doesn't screw over his players on the other servers. But the problem is he's the only person with enough ability to do anything so if he's spending all of his time playing DayZ it essentially writes off anyone who needs his help on other servers because good luck getting him to respond to his SF during that either.
Honestly I wouldn't doubt this causing Dave to chuck the communities aside. With the likelihood of that happening, I'm now looking for an RP community that isn't full of elitist snobs, has good quality roleplay and doesn't run on nutscript or clockwork.
Please tell me where I can find this. :)

the spire roelplay for all your rpign needs
the script will make you come so many buckets you'll be mistaken for a cow

For starters I don't like the fact they both limit the length of my emotes. That's always really really annoying. Secondly, the artistic style of the two scripts aren't appealing to me and I prefer the simplistic easy-to-use features TacoScript had (the only reason I stayed at TnB all these years rather than migrating elsewhere). I mean, yeah, if I HAVE to use Clockwork and shit I will, but I'd rather not. :( I just want some good RP. :'(

um
nutscript has a ridiculously high character limit for the chat so long as the server owner sets it to be high.

That's good, so nutscript is a better choice over clockwork in that regard.
The server I'd tried with it, I could barely get two sentences in. :/

because most nutscript servers honestly suck at this point
so will most TacoScript 2 servers once server owners start picking this up

You know that you can edit gamemodes, right?
You know that you can edit gamemodes, right?
you can't edit clockwork because the serverside files are encrypted
you can't edit clockwork because the serverside files are encrypted
you can edit them but there are restrictions
Clockwork is not free for freedom so I -1 it
It's called CAX/Clockwork, or as I've recently begun to call it "CAX + Clockwork"
I might switch over to Nutscript or TS2, I think I had my fair share of my shitty half-assed schema's.

Don't switch to TS2 then. You're not going to have a fun time working with it.
EDIT: unless you're a masochist
Ouch. Low blow. I'll admit i'm more disappointed than upset or angry.
The script is literally ancient just like the TnB community.
The script is literally ancient just like the TnB community.
ancient scripts require ancient patience to work with
Ouch. Low blow. I'll admit i'm more disappointed than upset or angry.
TnB doesn't have some kind of proprietary ownership over TS2, especially not now that about 10 people have run their grubby little hands over it (and trust me, it shows).
