It's been working on my ttt server.... It wasn't working at one point, but it works fine now.
Any update if the issue when someone gets SteamID banned their name shows up as John Doe on the ban list is going to be fixed?
I made it insert the name as John Doe. I'll push an update with it being an optional feature later today.
Karma Bans should be working from that latest fix I pushed to GitHub, and the banning of Id's should work, I'll check later on today as well.

I've tried commenting line 9 and uncommenting 10. Hasn't worked. I can confirm all MySQL info is correct; I'm not an idiot when it comes to that and I've done it before.

Is there any other info I have to put in myself other than in gb_config.lua or the index.php files?

I don't handle that ban template Q4 does. I'm creating a newer one later on.

I have this problem that if the addon looses connection to the database it tries reconnect, but when it does it crashes the server. Is this supposed to be or?

Added a query retry system if there is an error. (Only works until the map is changed / server restarted)

All it does is cause errors and not work properly.

I've tried to update our current database aswell as try it with a completely new database and it seems to do the same on both

Some people are immune to bans. They can rejoin immediately after being permabanned over and over again even though they show up in the database and it seems to work fine for 99.9% of other players.

Anyone with a rank just has to rejoin with "retry" and it will instantly break ULX.
When trying to ban someone I am getting the following error with the latest version:

I have the exact same problem. XGUI isn't working properly, and the bans are not shown in the list and more... if i remove it it's working fine. Did you get it solved or is it still broken?

This addon was randomly breaking ULX on all of my servers using it.
It was great for the first few months but it started getting worse over time and I came to the conclusion that it must of been the amount of bans causing it.
It started happening after about 1000 and at 2000 it started to break every hour requiring a map change.
I fixed the problem by trimming down the amount of data requested over MySQL in the ULib.refreshBans function to just the SteamID, ban length and time issued.
I would just like to say I was using this ban system for 6 months and I loved it... until we hit about 600 bans. Once your ban list gets pretty high the ulx refresh of the current ban list will LAG your server and your ULX stuff. Like we had players who donated enter our server and would have to wait 30 minutes until it recognized them. How do I know it was this? Well 2 things, when I joined a server and went to the ULX panel it would say in the top right hand corner: Loading Bans... and that took 15 minutes minimum. We switched to source bans and all the lag issues were having is now gone and ulx loads instantly. So I hope this addresses the dev(s) and I would not use this until this problem is fixed. For a heads up on my config, we did not delete old bans. Thanks and I hope you find this post informational.

Hello Ben,
If you see error message 'MySQL server has gone away' or similar, it might be that your script is not optimized and makes too many connections to the database (or your website is very active, has many users online at the same time).
You may also get this error if your script executes heavy/slow MySQL queries.
First of all you should check if your database is well optimized and has indexes where needed. You should contact the script developers and ask assistance.
You can also query Google for this error message:

Please do! I don't want to change from this :3. I've got about 1200 bans and it takes about 15 seconds to refresh, with just steamid, length and time.
