of course it is a lot of work, it is why not everyone can do it. I suggest you build something from scratch until you have something (even a basic alpha) that you can show off here again (and add pictures this time please). take others suggestions, and put up a beta server for others to play test, find bugs, and to have suggestions for features and game balancing. What you have here is a great concept, but it needs work.
