Since I am at my mother to celebrate new years and steam apparently hates internet connection below 10mbit download on my laptop I can barely work on anything. Also because my laptop don't have devinity 2 installe because I didn't think it could run any source games but it surprisingly can.
However deershark and his usual complaints about why this and that happens in the gamemode, are working on the map. Remember this is in a development/debug state so things like infinite money or lots of items is [b]supposed to happen.[/b]
Meanwhile, I am going to work on some designs, setups and ideas for when I return home. I already have a bunch I can't wait to shoot out on Devinity 2.
Heres a couble:
-Each asteroid's size represents the amount of ore in the rocky thing (random dudes idea)
-Each ships size affects the ships dodge chance, speed and maneuvrability (can't spell this word lol)
-Pirate bases and pirates hunt in groups now with specific targets. They fly towards their target together in some sort of formation and spreads out once they reached them.
-Treasury ;) just for the treasure hunters so there are even more ways to earn money. I was thinking of ancients and archeoligy (yet again I fail at these words)
-These missions will usually have a chain of missions that is related to eachother sort of like small story lines.
-Mining + refineries = better quality ore or better materials for manufacturing or crafting.
-galaxy map rules so am gunna do some more on it.
-I am looking for modellers please :)
-punch Deershark in the face.
-make the nebulas a little less in the size.
-more planet textures.
-working on the planet builder and item parser for ingame objects and ships.
-fire alot of fireworks at new year on Gabe Newell because I can.
-Reading facepunch for ideas from the wonderfull players here.
-working on the devinity 2 loading screen. It's Snakes job to help me on that.
-fix bugs n ducks
Winter Night:
-stuff from Old Age like bank system.
-making a dragon mount after watching "How to train your Dragon" for the 30th time.
-working on the cyclope npc.
-working on the trader.
-player group system
-player trade system
-watching miketoast system
-work on the winter night map.
-need a modeller for Winter Night.
-getting a button texture from my artist.
Hope you guys leave a small comment on these things.

Suggestion: Some kind of fleet, as in you can ask players/friends if they want to join your fleet, and you can fight pirates and other players together. :D
It would be good for clans and friends to stick together. Good co-op always makes replayability the best. So it will probably increase your gamemode's popularity/lifetime.

Maw is already planning the fleet idea, he has a little slot on the hud for that.

I have too bad memories about Old Age PvP.
E: And it wasn't really funny at sunrise too. There should be thingy where you can choose can you PvP and someone need to selected that too so you can PvP eachother.

Make it so the pirates there are stronger and have a higher bounty too? It would then give players a reason to go there.
