This isn't official, POG has a MafiaRP open right now, which is the official one.
I guess No-One reads the OP? as clearly stated, that MafiaRP on "POG" is an outdated 2012 version, if you have actually played it you will notice it is terrible.

The original Mafia RP idea and game mode was left unfinished, handed over to the OP and then he fixed it to working state then handed it out to a few other communities.

You know POG's MafiaRP server is just DarkRP edited.
OP is no where close to how POG has their server setup. I do prefer the OP's route and what hes trying to do, he just has a long way to go till its a finished product.

The gamemode itself was released to a few select people, which of course was eventually leaked by a few of those members of the old mafiarp. I don't know the owner of POG, or how he got his copy it could be totally and he thought it was a good name so he decided to snag it. It's truly a grey area.
The goal of this "mafiarp" is to be unique and offer roleplaying features that may have not been emphasized in the past and ultimately to have a great time.

You said that it was clearly stated in the OP that the gamemode from POG is outdated. POG is not mentioned anywhere in the OP. I'm not sure how pointing that out is trolling.

Everything you have posted has been taken into consideration, but when all you do is complain about the name it truly isn't constructive to the developement of the gamemode. It is scum like you that needs to be banned from these forums.

Criticism is always constructive. "Destructive" criticism doesn't exist. Saying "the gamemode is shit" without any explanation isn't criticism, it's just being a dick. But I didn't do that, and most people in this thread didn't do that. Just because it's kind of rude doesn't make it not constructive criticism. Being rude and giving an opinion aren't mutually exclusive.
If you want me to say more about the gamemode, I will:
The menus are all awful. Standard grey dull backgrounds with no padding (all of the elements contained in the menu are all pressed up against the edge)
The car HUD looks really bad. Grey isn't often a good choice for a background, and pixely "console"-esque fonts also aren't. The colors are very clashy. You didn't post an image with the normal HUD so I'll assume there isn't one, which is actually surprisingly good. RP gamemodes should have a little HUD as possible, IMO.
The 3D2D stuff on almost all of your entities, however, looks pretty bad. The text is spilling over the side, you're using ugly grey backgrounds with more clashy colors, and different fonts/styles for each entity. (see your money printer screenshot). Keep a consistent, clean style for all of your entities and it will look better.

Thank you, that is some information we can actually use to better the menu's and entities.
I truly appreciate your honesty about how the menus look, and we just took on a graphics guy onto our team to make us some different stuff for scoreboards and derma panels.

This is why its not a official release, it is still in alpha and going into beta as it will soon become playable and ready for testing.
As for your comments:
- The menu's are being updated as we speak to become sleeker and prettier if you will.
- The name will be changed to Arctic Gaming Roleplay
- The gamemode will have a various amount of different ways to earn money and satisfy beyond just sitting and printing. Such as the electric company, stock market, vending, and other jobs.

He is merely offering some constructive criticism and pointing out some errors, he is NOT a troll, and probably knows a little bit more about lua than you.

I really like the drivers plate concept and the customizable car system, I'm sorry so many people are giving you negative criticism, they should at least comment in a more upbuilding matter like how you can make it better, not just calling it, "s**t". On the bright side, atleast you understand Lua, I find it very hard to learn how to code in that language, keep up the good work though, you need a lot more content before you can release this as a complete game mode, and possibly rename it, it seems like a lot of people do not like it being called MafiaRP.
It's not ready to be called a gamemode yet though.
