Can you add this link somewhere? It fixes the bug with the lack of a plutonium explosion effect.

Sweet. Now i've got some good explosions to use in my electric worry gmod music video...
"Bang bang bang bang!"
Hmmm, I would like to make them... Not so destructive? I don't want bombs to unweld stuff, unfreezing might stay (it will be unfreezed when it's not welded), so how can I disable it? Help please.
yo how do u make the bombs blow up w/out shootin em

Drop them from a great height?
Also you can use wiremod to detonate them.

or use the dynamite/turret.
OR a prop spawner that spawn a super heavy prop above the bomb.
the fat man is not big enough please make the model larger ,and black

how do I use the wiremod
how do I use the wiremod
The bomb has a singular wire function called 'Detonate'
the simplest way is to navigate in the Q menu to the wire tab, go to Wire 1/0 and spawn a button, then find the wire tool at the bottom and wire the Detonate function of the bomb to the button, and then press the button
New Gbombs? :psyboom:

Wait fuck who bumped this :argh:
how do I use the wiremod
plz don't ask people questions like this, there ARE plenty of tutorials online, just google search them, there are also youtube video tutorials
This thread needs to stop getting bumped.
good bombs i like them
Is there ever gonna be a new version?
By the way love the pack and is there any servers with them on?
Dear God, large bump. And I'm guessing there won't be a new version since he hasn't hinted at it nor told us anything...And this was made 2 years ago. Sooooo...
when i spawn one of these bombs i get a NULL entity error.
not just only gbombs but other entitys aswell
I don't know if the creator if this is around...but if you are, do you care if I release a little addon for this on ToyBox? A support radio, it will be used to call in the bombs, 18 total (so that means C4, gasoline, etc not included). I will add a video in a little while, it's uploading now.

There you go.
Sorry for going dark for such a long time people. Well the coop with Caps didn't really work out, but it was noone's fault really.
There may be fourth version of gbombs, but since I cannot code worth shit, someone has to help me with the coding. What we really need is a simple bomb base that deals damage and force, plus the effects are done via fancy EP2 particle system. I can handle the particles, but as I've said before I cannot start working on it and wasting my time without any bomb base.
So if anyone is interested in keeping this mod alive, and can code, then contact me on steam and we'll cook something out.
As for permissions for relasing patches and stuff for gbombs 3 and earlier versions, go on you can do whatever you want, although bear in mind that it's 75% Teta Bonita's work since I've only made particles for this.

That's crappy. Wish I wasn't such a novice coder, but I feel that I'm less experienced than you. Hope you get some help though!

Thanks, but I don't think that you're worse than me, since I cannot make anything in lua. I even use swep generator when I want to create a SWEP.
Sorry for the huge necro, but I just found this mod and used it. I say, this is the best mod I have ever used! I would love an update for this! Hope you find a helper!
Been using Gbombs for a while and love the explosions! hope you find that coder sir!
For me the pack Is completely broken after the source engine update... all the bombs do is just keep lua erroring the console when they explode just the effect no damage no nothing...
Also secondary question... Will this ever get updated?
How do I make the call of duty 4 nuke explode when it hits hard against something? instead of having to use tnt, wiremod ect ect
SUPER NECROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! also this needs to be updated with something new and possible a map cleaner bomb.
I have a question. I recently got a new comp and transferred all my Gmod files via flash drive to it. The problem I'm having is that whenever a bomb from this pack explodes it does no damage to players. I never had this problem prior to the transfer and I wanted to know how I might be able to fix it. I've already tried numerous times to re install Gbombs so that's not the problem. Please help I love this pack too much not to use it!!! xD
Does this still work with Gmod 13?
It works but it's unsupported, buggy and shit. Let this thread die.
Sorry, you need to Log In to post a reply to this thread.
