in my gmod these bombs isn't make an effect...
for ex. i use MOAB, and if i detonate it , its only have schockwave and no effect of explode
i use all bombs and only works: fusion bomb, space nuke, but not same as in video
i use Gmod10

You probably need to clean your GMod (delete the garrysmod folder inside the first garrysmod folder), as you probably have a confliciting addon.

It has shockwaves AND radiation already. The radiation doesn't last very long, though. But if it did, you'd need to reload the map every time you want to set of a new bomb safely.
