IIRC there are some scripts he cannot release, no idea if the stretcher is one of them. If there's a medical plugin it's possible that it is built into that.

It's part of the medical plugin but it's setup to work on Evocity and with the ambulance using on EuRP. If you want to use a different map and or car you'll have to figure it out.
