I was thinking,why not customize the F1 menu? This blue is ugly so.. i think that you should customize it and make it more in the middle of your screen.. :P

Good works but i think the coputer police is too much simple and "Basics", you should enhance it and try to make a better designs for it.
Suggestion:
- Do a car license plate system ( a driving license ?)
- Do a search of identity (of the owner of a car) with the Police Computer (Occupation,job, Adress, criminal record ...)
- Make a complaint system (report a theft,report a car theft, violances ...) [The police can do an investigation]

- When you search a car the name of the owner will popup.
- No need for that as the name of the owner pops when you search the car.
- There will be 911/Police HQ for that.

If there's a computer or any network systems it'd only be reasonable for other players outside the original owner/user to be able to operate it and use it's functions with the correct tools/sequence/whatever. Basically being able to hack one's computer.
Ex. Criminal is warranted on Police database, has his friend somehow break into police headquarters and change up the warrant on his friend to no longer exist.
Of course there would be limits to the outsider, like not being able to change everyone's warrant status and other usage limitations or having a cool-down period of not being able to access said computer systems.

I like your suggestions but this would really complicate everything. I might add some features to the police computer later.
As for the bus system I don't think it would be really applicable on GMOD considering maps aren't that big. I could add a bus to the car store so that peoples can RP as a bus driver instead of scripting everything.

Have you thought about a grade system for the police, as well as several services (Like an anti-drug brigade, road brigade, anti crime brigade ...) I can help you with it or give you some tips to make the game more realistic as possible.

The 112 is the europeans number..
You can't set up the servers position to 12 country (need to split the maps then) it's impossible. So,if you set it in france you could make it 18 for the doctors ect.. good works anyway,it's progressing as i see.

The name of the gamemode is [b]Eu[/b]Roleplay. That's why I think it should use 112, as that's the European number.
