I don't know how long you've been around but I can assume it was before your time, Darkrp is based off of lightrp ( which name makes perfect sense if you have ever seen it). Fptje made darkrp off lightrp which was made by a friend of mine named rick darkliano. and dark is the opposite of light ( and second part of ricks name irrelevantly). So it's name makes perfect sense

Okay. What do you mean? I didn't say it didn't make sense. All I said was that there was nothing dark about it. Which there isn't. And when I say dark, I mean like suicide, blood everywhere, darkness. So EuRoleplay would not limit his playerbase because a lot of people play DarkRP, and they play to have fun.

Lets not bring up the name debate again.. you clearly missed the point of my post. My inference of your post was the name darkrp was irrelevant to what it is. However, It is indeed relevant to what it is. Of course darkrp isn't literally dark ( besides the fact that it resembles a war zone full of drug addict murdering screaming lunatics in complete anarchy). When I said it does make sense, I was referring to the relevance of the name. Also in regards to the eurp and darkrp, they are not comparable. However, eurp ended up being an applicable name to the gamemode because it is based on a european region in-character, not out of character - which makes my previous argument incorrect( that it will effect the playerbase ). Except for people unaware of the names relevance to the gamemode and not the community surrounding it(intentionally).

could you turn down the music volume next time? it was a bit hard to understand you while it was playing.
And for the System itself:
- An Scanline and a bit of Distortion Filter would look amazin imo on the screen.
- Maybe an option for destroying the cams? So that you won't get an video out just the black and white noise (dunno if there is an word for it in english)

If he makes them destroyable, every 12 year old with a gun will shoot them just for shits and giggles.
I planned on making them destructible but they would only be disabled for 10 minutes or so. But to be honest there are many places not covered by CCTV.
Just gotta say this is looking phenomenal so far, I do have a couple suggestions though.
-Weapondry prices should be high and realistic, An AR-15 new is about $1,000 for one model, an M4 M4A1 is about $20,000 new, for one MP5 it costs about $5,000 etc. This in all honesty is to make weapons a rarity and to literally cut-down on gun violence in RP. It enables the player to actually think "Wow Guns are rare, I should spend my money wisely and try to avoid getting into firefights as often as possible."
-Enable settings where the player actually has to care for his life and belongings. When someone dies they should drop a certain amount of money, probably about 1-2% of what they have total. This way people think about how they should go about their lives and be protective of themself just as IRL. Obviously a poor, homeless person would care much less about how they go about interacting with people as compared with a rich, wealthy person who would be much smarter about their interactions with others and their decisions.
-Last, make damage realistic. I'm not talking about oh Im shot in the leg can't walk realistic, but more like a few shots from a pistol or a rifle will obviously kill someone unless they have a bullet-proof vest which would only do so little more. This way you don't have raging firefights that last forever as peoples health is just way too high.
I hope you take these suggestions in mind and possibly add some of them into the gamemode :D

- Already implemented. You drop everything on you 100% of your wallet (Not the bank account), except your cars and Ids.
- Nutscript has a damage multiplier that can be tweaked at anytime.

That's true, my point being gun prices shouldn't be rediculously low and easy to obtain, they should take a bit of time and effort to get ahold of and not just take standing around for 10 mins waiting for the next paycheck to buy that $900 AK or $1500 Automatic-shotgun etc.
If he has crafting you could do it perp style. Works p well

Which is what I did and turns out it works fine.
The forums are currently being setup, when we release the gamemode in beta, we plan to release the forums either at the same time as release for the gamemode or release it 2-3 days earlier then the release of the gamemode. Please note when we release the gamemode, this will not be to the public. The gamemode will be hosted on a private server that anyone can join. The gamemode itself will not be released publicly anytime soon.
The forums honestly... They look amazing, thanks to StarFox. I just cant wait for everything to reach a public beta stage so we can get people in the server to test it out!

How is it going to work. Is it gonna be like other car things how you can call it back whenever or will you have to manually put it in the garage then it can be taken out (which would be better)

There will be static car storages where you'll be able to take out your car from and where you'll be storing them. When you buy it you can select the color and I'll try to implement bodygroups but won't be enabling skin selection. You'll also be able to drive to the garage and change the color.
A mechanic job would be nice, if not already implemented. Assuming the cars will take damage, that is.

I'll probably remove it, the vehicle list was supposed to have a white background but it was looking weird as I was using a special VGUI but changed later on.
