I agree, or just a recall function..So you can just go back to where you were before the last teleport.
I thought that it would be a cool idea if secondary fire set some sort of beacon to teleport back to. heck, you should get together with the guys at wiremod and make some sort of buddyfinder beacon that could be wired for range, activation, or targets denied access. Seems like a lot of work, but it would almost revolutionize how this thing could be used. not that it wasn't already revolutionary.
Or just a simple SENT: "BuddyFinder Home Base."

Iv noticed that buddy finder does not work when have more than 14ppl in a server at one time the menu just doesnt show up at all after a certain ammount of ppl join.

Yay! Someone listened to me! The PM system is quite good... I got another idea: A simple talk system, so you have shortlisted phrases, like in CS:S; so you can go "Hi" and "Hello" and "WAZZUP" and stuff.
Intergrating peoples microphones into it would be good, so it is a telephone for GMod LITERALLY.

Yup. I like the secondary fire beacon idea.... but I think it can be even better than that. I will add it to the list, though.

Now that's a hard one to test. I usually only have a handful of people to play with, let alone go through the boredom of pre-alpha testing with me. I can barely keep them awake! I will add it to the list and see what we can do.

Credits are for people who provide services. Ideas happen - not that I'm saying it wasn't a good idea. It was. But when ideas happen, people post requests and I do the work (and get the credit). The reward for ideas and requests is implementation. The reward for actual work is credit. You get it. Private voice chat has been suggested but I don't know if that will happen. The shortlisted phrases could be handy. Maybe. I will add it to the list.

That's gm_mobenix_v3_final. It's an absolutely HUUGE map and that was what I wanted to test with. If it can work with a map that is roughly 200MB, it can work in most maps. I will add a quick plug for this map - I LOVE the barcoding system in the shopping area. And the disco and the bowling lanes.... it's just too much fun! We really had to focus on testing - so hard...

P.S. I am currently working on YET ANOTHER addon... a SWEP. It promises to be fun. But everything else is a secret. Apart from that, unlike my more recent work, this actually is intended to hurt people... and zombies... and ... well, anything you point it at. So it's a real SWEP in the traditional sense.
What server uses this? I can't find one..
I find that to be the only problem. You can't use it on servers that don't have it. You really need to make a version of it that can be run on any server.

Yeah. I know. I have looked into it and it would be extremely troublesome to do. It might be possible but really what we need are people emailing server admins to ask for the addon to be ... well, added on.

Is there a way to use this mod with a custom hand replacer on? I use a super combine one and when I used the buddy finder and it switched back to Gordon's hand meshes, only for when I have the swep out anyway. If anyone can help me with this that would me great.
