Well, these icons, are epicly awesome.
Do all if you can, sir.
As for the crashing and locking and small explosions.
As I said, everything is using Teta Bonita's scaleable tnt base.
I think, I'm going to replace the big, and not scaleable entities bases with normal ones, because they can cause lag, locking, crashing or not appearing in first time.
But it is everything fine with small ones?
I am, but for the love of god, use Resource.Addfile(). Without it the clients on my server can't download the materials and such needed for this addon.
That tsar bomb made me shit myself. :uhoh:
Well, trying to run this mod, on AMD Celeron D, + 2 kb of ram and 2 gig's hard drive is more than pure madness. :v:
2 Kilobytes of Ram! Lol does your computer catch on fire when you play 3d games?
By the way was that flatgrass you were testing the new Tsar bomb on?
Since were all comparing machines; Q6600 4Gigs DDR2 Ram, Diamond 4870, 2 HDD (160GB+600GB) (All overclocked and it still can't play Crysis at a decent framerate!)
you can not play crysis ? have you tried Crysis:Warhead ? I run that at very high with my computer
Back on track then, how about a bomb idea! A Shrapnel Bomb, use a wire input to set the number of units off the ground it would explode, higher explosion means larger area covered, but less concentrated, this would be better for tanks, lower explosion means less area covered, but more concentrated, which would be better suited to anti-personnel attacks. There should be an Arm input as well, so it wouldn't explode as soon as you set the height of the explosion! There should be a Shrapnel bomb that drops those black puck shaped things that totally shred everything on the ground, one that maybe drops bullets when it explodes as well.
Cluster Bombs would be good too. They also use the height input principle, they should drop explosive shrapnel, maybe even a nuclear shrapnel bomb that drops nuclear clusters, the bomb should not go nuke as it explodes in midair of course, but the clusters it spreads should be Small Nukes, of course not too many to prevent crashes!
Also... Make a limit using sbox_maxexplosives or something, I can't limit entities directly so I need to limit these awesome bombs to atleast like 4 or 5.
and how about the bunker buster hitting the ground then loads of dust comes of the floor than BOOM it creates a explosion
Does anyone like my ideas or need me to elaborate more? I have all sorts of ideas just tell me in this thread or PM me if you need any more cool ideas.
Here is each icon for the scalable SENT's. Yes, I know that some "Atomic Numbers" are already taken, but it's a video game.

Blu 82 is the formal name for "Daisy Cutter".

23 is the evil number, an IED would be used by a terrorist. Evil ~> terrorist.

12 is (often) the number of carbon atoms in a molecule gasoline.

GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb (MOAB) ia the official name of the MOAB. That is why I chose 43.

65 is some random number I found on PETN's page on wikipedia.

It's funny that you searched so much for those fucking numbers :P. Anyway, nice icons.
This is fucking epic.
Keep up the fucking epic work fuck.
They are really awesome!
But here is a problem:
it looks like this in game.
I'm thinking of cutting the numbers, moving the abbreviation down, and putting scl in the middle... and changing the icon sizes.

Place it in the gbombs folder so it looks like...
addons>Garry's Bombs 2>Materials>VGUI>entities>spawn icons.

This doesn't enrage me, it just makes me think "cool".

Wow, you are one to match my knowledge of elements, and ingrediants for explosives....
Let me know if you want to talk sometime, I'm sure we could get a real heated conversation going, great minds think alike :D

I googled them all. I don't know squat about explosives apart from gasoline and styrofoam.

I see Papa Smurf, and I don't even like the smurfs.
Dude, tone down the effects, my rig was 500/600 pounds, and this almost sent it to fricken heaven(Custom rig, tis the best i've played on)
Dude, tone down the effects
What are you talking about?
About turning down effects?
Is anyone encountering problems with number of effects, or just your PC sucks?
If your PC sucks, it is not a good idea to lower down effects, because everyone will see epic effect lose, which will not be nice.

Runs bloody smooth on mine (except when i spawn something then detonate a nuke I.E a building)
I just had an idea, maybe you could add an EMP or a cluster bomb (i know it's a bit late but, eh what the hell)
EMP, woud be awesome (PLEASE MAKE IT).
If you make it, I think the effect shoud be about the size of the MOAB explosion only with an electric/lightning effect.

I was also thinking it could shut off electronics(like it does in reality :P)
things like dog and cars, etc
If nukes undo welds, then EMP should undo wiring... You hate wire, so here's your chance...
Oh shit, he was banned, hope he makes an alt/gets content to us somehow.
Edit:
On an unrelated note, I just finished coding a stool to spawn these bombs with (big kudos go to LightDemon for helping me debug it). Left click spawns the selected bomb and welds it to the surface, right click does the same but without welding, and reload gives the player information about the current bomb. An added feature is that it adds the cvar "sbox_maxgbombs" so server owners can limit the amount of gbombs clients can spawn. If anyone would like this just tell me, however I need Kek's permission.
Is it possible to make your stool like the Prop Spawner stool? I don't want to spawn it everytime I droped a bomb.
Is it possible to make your stool like the Prop Spawner stool? I don't want to spawn it everytime I droped a bomb.
I possibly could, yes, however that would require me to actually know Lua beyond the bounds of basic syntax rules.
It would be cooler if there was a stool for this where you had the options of turning it into a prop spawner, welding it, freezing it, damage, choose type of bomb timed or not..
Also, I talked with keks, and he might add a 'emission'(the red sky thing from STALKER)
