Anyways, tires may still sink into the ground if something else messes with the physics. It's my understanding that gbombs 4 does this? It has a Lua file which increases max speeds

You forgot that part were any addon changing the physics settings in any way would probably break this.

The original recipient did not specify that they had mods changing physics therefore the chart was made regarding vanilla physics.

Updating SCars with some minor features and fixes.
Made the check point tool available for all players by default (not admin only by default).
Add key to kick out passengers.
Fixed SCar anims again that didn't work before.
Added extra delorean sounds
Added support for entity dependencies when using the SCar base (requested by lycky9Two).
Removed the SCar spawner tool because it's deprecated. (please use the menu instead, would still like to hear your opinion on this)
Fixed the junker 3 car.
Made some changes to SCars extra that i don't remember what it was.
Also, I recieved some textures from someone to improve the ford mustang for SCars Extra.
I'm unable to update it though because I'm already at the very size limit.
In other words, the new textures makes the addon to large.
I don't see the anims again? The handbrake animation doesn't show... :P

This is because first they were enabled but then I noticed an issue. The player randomly gets invisible when entering or exiting the vehicle(seems random at least). So I made them disabled by default. You can still enable them though if you check the SCar options under the utilities tab.

I'm not sure if this problem has been reported or if it's already got a solution, or if you can even help me with it because they aren't your SCars, but I'm having issues with the sounds on like the tanks/artillery/cannons and anything that shoots projectile explosives within the SCars add-ons.
Whenever I fire one of the cannons or something, wherever the projectile hits, it will keep playing a few different sounds at that location, such as whistling and the explosion, and I have to keep stopping it by "stopsound" And I don't get any console errors because of it or anything, so I can't help there. Again, I'm not sure you can even do anything about it because I don't believe it's coming from your add-ons, but if you can, I'd appreciate it if I could have some advice on how to fix it. Thanks!

Think it's related to the tickrate you got on your server. Already got it on my todo list to make it tickrate independent.
I really would like it if there was a convar or something for server owners that let us scale the speed of cars as a whole. This would be incredibly useful, especially for RP servers and other things where we want to include a lot of the cars but most of them just go to damn fast for our maps.

There is nothing I can do about it. The content that comes with SCars won't even load or run until you start playing a map.
If you can't even get to the menu the SCars content won't even be loaded. In other words the problem isn't SCars.

You got too many addons installed. This is a weird issue that is caused when you got to many addons installed.
Can't do anything about it since it's decided by limitations in GMod which I can't change.

I've never experienced this issue myself. People say that mounting certain games in GMod can cause this issue.
Try to disable some and see if you get any result.

There is a key called "special key". It's B by default and it's just an extra key some cars uses.
Police cars use it to turn the sirens on and off while the DeLorean uses it for both toggling hovermode and time travel.

If you just press the special key while not pressing any other keys you will toggle hover mode.

You can also hold down the context menu button and press the SCar editor Icon.

Are you pressing the correct button? The default button to switch view in SCars is V.
If you are pressing the correct button and it still doesn't work you probably got a conflicting addon installed.
There really isn't much I can do about that. Basically what happens is that some other addon is overriding my camera.
The only solution is for you to find out which addon is overriding it and then disable/uninstall the conflicting addon.

1. Subscribe to the addon on workshop with your local player.
2. Once done, join gmod and wait for workshop to finish
3. Close gmod and browse to gmods addons folder (garrysmod/garrysmod/addons/)
4. Find the .gma files here, will be called scars2.0_#########.gma or something)
5. There you go....
If you're trying to get this on a server due to the restricted download size, then do next steps:
6. copy/paste the .gma file into server addons folder via RDP or FTP (whatever you use)
7. Rename file to ds_#######.gma (# = workshop ID for scars 2.0)
8. Add the workshop ID code to your workshop.lua file in lua/autorun/server/workshop.lua
9. Start server

Works perfectly fine for me, Some of the channels are outdated or don't play consistently. You can however setup your own radio stations.

When my servers tickrate is 33 all sCars preform much slower. This also happens with your air vehicle pack.

This is because the server is running 'slower' if you'd like.
