Im currently willing to make an SCar, but im too lazy to open 3DSmax. It involves pedestrians getting killed and a red car.

not at the moment a few hours ago i vastly improved the textures by adding a phong mask and tweaking the envmap

It looks like the dark spots are mixed with where the bright spots should be.

I own a 20 slot Gmod Server, and while SCars works, the Abrams tank disappears on spawn. What happens is I would spawn the tank, the model would appear for a frame or two and then disappear. No error message was left behind. I have Falcos Prop Protection but turned spamming, ghosting, and blocked models off. I know the admin restrictions aren't problems because I'm in the have the rank with necessary perms, and the DeLorean Spawns without problems. I can spawn the individual models that make up the Abrams IN the spawnmenu, though, however, the complete vehicle from the SCars tab doesn't work. I've also attempted using the Spawner tool, just for shits and giggles (to see if it would work), but it came up with the same result. I messed around with the CalculateEngineRev function and after a while got a pretty good result. You should try to replace this... [CODE]self.Pitch = ((vel % self.RevScale) / self.RevScale) * self.MaxRev + self.MinRev + self.GearRevChange * (self.Gear+1)[/CODE] with this: [CODE]self.Pitch = (1.4 - (self.Gear / self.NrOfGears) ^ 0.2 + 0.3 * (self.Gear / self.NrOfGears) ^ 5) * ((vel % self.RevScale) / self.RevScale) * self.MaxRev + self.MinRev + 140 * ((self.Gear / self.NrOfGears) ^ 0.2 - 0.3 * (self.Gear / self.NrOfGears) ^ 5)[/CODE] The new code sounds much closer to the acceleration of the real car (especially if you use adv. engine sounds), but it needs to be corrected somehow, because if you drive reverse, car wont go forward anymore, and you get "EmitSound: pitch out of bounds = -2147483648" error spam. I hope that you will be able to get it to work correctly...
So i think i figured out the smoke problem . as Bo98 said in a earlier reply it started working when he unmounted Left for Dead 2 Which he was right about (thanks Bo98). The material was overwritten when Left for dead 2 is mounted witch was pretty obvious now but the reason why that material was spazzin was because that material has Opaque enabled. I think the only solution is to maybe change the particle directory if its possible or make one for scars. I made a small example with the rope tool to show what happens when you use a material with Opaque enabled. I'm having a problem with this mod, I downloaded it (all 3 packs, Slim, Basic, Extra) and put it in Addons. But when I play it, at the start I get a few error codes and then when I place one of the cars, only the front wheels show up, and I can sit on it but can't drive it. On some cars I can see the headlights, and on one of the Junk cars I can see part of the body if I look from it at an angle. A LOT of error codes appear on the console when I spawn one. I own Garry's Mod 11 if that's related to the problem. please help, I REALLY like this pack
gmod 11 as opposed to gmod 13?
