TDM does not take requests here. There are 3 ways to get a request to him, win a race on his server (I don't know exactly how that works), pay attention to his [URL="https://www.facebook.com/tdmcars"]facebook[/URL] page and post your request when asked, or pay him. On a side note that is a very cool car and I would like to see it as well. In the future I recommend reading the OP of a thread before you post. It clearly states in the FAQ section in what ways he accepts requests.
What game does TDM rip his cars from? Wouldnt mind having a hand at this myself.
Mostly Forza 4
or Driver San Fransisco, well he ported the GMC Vandura from that game. Don't know if he still does though.

I don't think so.. But, in a video I saw a car names: "GMC Ambulance" and Driver:SF has got that car..
So he is probably using it for those kind of cars. (The bus is from Driver:SF too)

Easy? Either move the folder "TDMCarpack" from garrysmod_old/addons to garrysmod/addons or reinstall it via workshop if that's how you've installed it
*NOTE: All Steam Folders are in:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\%username%\ if they are source games, like Garry's mod,
then from there you go to \garrysmod\garrysmod(_old)\Addons
Personally, the SVN is easier, less time consuming, and just allows for you to make your own adjustments to car scripts if they're not so well in the handling category.
Also: If you're using SVN, go ahead and do an update after moving the folder.
I still can't wait for VCMod, as for I have a strong curiosity for what's being added.

GMC Vandura and the Bus, both have the 'Drv SF' Number plates on them. I can only tell that they were ported from that game.
HI guys I'm trying to set up FastDL for TDM Cars... I can set up FastDL fine; however I want to download the minimal amount for 2 cars. What would the client need to download for 2 cars. Do cars use other textures from other cars? So far I tried it out and I get the outline of the car but its purple and black missing texture. You also need the materials\models\tdmcars\shared folder, shared materials are in the shared folder. See what I did there?

Thanks that fixed it. However out of interest what files are used for the little model that shows what the car looks like (say if you had a car dealer); because that little rotating model is an error for me.

I think you are talking about the auto generated spawn icons. I only do pictures and they will only work for sandbox

I'm wondering how to create a script so players can change the color of their car without using the color tool. As If I allowed them to use the color tool on world entities they could mess up a lot of stuff.
Another question: How can I add passenger seats to cars so when people spawn them from the Q menu they have passenger seats?

I did this checklist.
A. It has addons.txt
B. Its clean, so its not corrupt.
C. If it was corrupt, it would show errors.
Any ideas TDM?

If he's on linux make sure there are no capitals in any of the folder names ( or spaces )
