The difference is that people have been porting from Xbox for as long as it's been around, while only relatively recently have they made any headway with PS3 porting. It's primarily because the PS3 uses a very different processing architecture which is much harder to code for, while the Xboxes have always been very similar to a PC, so an executable is usually possible. That's why Danish gets most of his cars from Forza: they're relatively easy to extract and reconstruct with little trouble.

McLaren F1 has been added and so has an open top Hummer H1 (Which the headlight texture is also the tail light texture strangely). Possibly other cars I probably forgot to say anyway XD
