It's exam time so there will be less activity on my end. Nevertheless I have an update; [I]-The ability to repaint armors and helmets is completely finished. I.e. Name, armor value, rarity, weapon damage/stats, etc?

It involves adding items to the global trader which is the way of obtaining gear. The trader runs out of stock and re-gains it in minutes, hours, days, weeks (real time) or never again depending on how rare the item is. This is based on Craters idea and it allows admins to basically configure it in game.
This game-mode looks interesting I have no idea how schema work but this looks up to date. But will this be like a game-mode where your a higher level you're able to defeat lower levels like crazy like gangwars/streetwars?
Well i'd say, obviously those who has more levels have an advantage but if you do like NCR in FO:NV against brotherhood i bet that the levels aren't that important :) (if you're scrub and don't know what i talk about... Outnumbering them to 10:1 :D) But yeah can't wait to test this gamemode out! Used to play kind of a lot when there were decent servers.
New Update; You yourself can now get involved and submit a skin. You can preview your skin with this editor I have created. Any changes made to the picture files are automatically shown in game.
