It goes the class, then model. Not the other way around.
When I target a player with ^, it doesn't work. I think it just chooses the latest player joined. For example: "/charsetname ^ CP-SHIELD.EpU.39251" set a random citizen that name.

1) If you are the admin on the server then you might already only be able to see it, try asking a non admin as I'm sure a flag needs to be given for business access.
2) Not unless you have that item as an entity, otherwise generally no. There may be an admin give command however.

4) Doors should stay permanently hidden once you use the command on them. If you lock a container then it too should stay locked.

Re-read the post about the stunstick, I'm sure it has two "firing" modes, one to KO and one to kill.
Few questions that I would love answers too because i'm quite new at figuring out whats what.
1. How can i change the ingame chat so when a player talks it puts quotes around their text.
2. How can i make the ration dispenser and vending machine entity stay upon a restart? they keep deleting on me.
3. How can i add more white-lists, when i tried adding a new white-list it kept telling me it wasn't found.
4. How do i refill vending machines as a cp?
5. When i try and /plywhitelist scn or anything related to scanner it tells me "you are already in this faction" meaning cp but i cannot make a scanner.
Any help will be appreciated.
Slightly related problem, I banned a few users from my server in assuming they were minges, but all of my attempts to unban them have failed. There are no banned players in the server's banned players.cfg. I've tried using the ingame unban feature, but am having trouble figuring it out.

If your using ULX that happend to me before i just went into the data file and goto ulib there should be a bans.txt that fixed it last time for me

They are, I'm using different ranks instead of the default ones. And yes, I do. Its part of the pack that comes with this gamemode.

The business tab is there someone checked when they had no flags and isn't an admin. And when I leave, the doors change back from hidden to "Door for Sale". And also when I leave also containers reverts back to "Wood Crate, Has 0% of storage used" but when you
click on it the container is locked but it doesn't show it in the name. (If that makes sense.)

Yeah, the only problem is I dont think you can convert a certain character into a different faction. I issued a suggestion for that. You have to do /plywhitelist <player/character> "Civil Protection"
