He should remove it, for there should be no malicious code in his addon. It is not the responsibility of the end user to remove malicious code from an addon. It shouldn't be there in the first place.

Well that was 40 posts which wasted my time reading.
1) The wiki and the support page are there to help you, use them.
2) If you are going to run a server, take a look at the file structure / some of the code first so you know the commands and how to whitelist people. (Or on the wiki).
3) Who gives a shit if there's a cloudauth thing hidden in there, it's not unprofessional or bothering anyone, it would be bloody ridiculous to run Nutscript on Clockwork, that defeats the purpose of having a different framework.
4) People can bitch and moan about mistrust but you'll likely still download it or follow this thread.

It's not to mount NutScript on Clockwork, it's if you wanted to use or convert some of the Schema code (for example, scanner capture) to work with a Clockwork Schema. There was a discussion recently about something very similar to this as FPtje posted, which resulted in the addon being banned from the Workshop.

Also, forgot to mention. You could just use print() on the bytecode string for the draw.SimpleText to see what it is since it's obfuscated, but the if (Clockwork) then should just give it off right away.
I don't understand why you guys bashing Chessnut. Yes, he's advertising NutScript to people who want to run this on Clockwork. I don't see anything wrong with that, as the schema is designed to be used on NutScript. It's somewhat unfair to have his product - regardless of it being open source - possibly gain more popularity by being used on a framework he's competing against. How's NutScript going to become visible to the roleplay crowd when one of the highlight schemas developed for NutScript is being used by a large Clockwork community, which as a whole attracts more attention than NutScript does in general?
Plus, it's piss easy to remove those lines of code. He's not really hiding anything. He's only encrypting messages that people would probably never decrypt unless they were somewhat knowledgeable. Magenta/Zoey/Whatever the fuck was purposely singling specific people out so they couldn't use her addons without encountering a screamer. It's not any worse than Conna changing my title to advertise Clockwork HL2RP.
It's of the users preference which framework they wish to use, my sole point here has been that it is malicious to advertise NutScript on it's competitors product, just because a user of it wishes to use a feature they copied from NS: HL2RP shouldn't mean they should have advertisements in chat or on screen.

But if said user was capable of porting this schema to Clockwork, surely they'd be capable of removing a couple of lines that advertise NutScript. It isn't any harder than changing every text related to who created the schema and putting their name there instead.

Before you spout a pile of shit about removing it consider that they charge for their framework, chessnut doesn't. So its a choice between chessnut paying money, however much they are willing to spend or chessnut's threads advertising their product. Chessnut can't do shit because they have more money to use.
I find it really funny that you're all defending conna in this situation, I'm not saying that chessnut is a saint but to be fair I really think we should revise the hands file from the public releases of openAura or blueprint or whatever.

to 8 - Checking is it world container. User created empty storage will be removed. ( It will not be removed if it's containing something. )
You can set world containter with /setworldcontainer.
to 9 - It's for char select menu's background.

Changing people's "class" in a faction is all about changing their name with /charsetname. For instance, for scanner, it's CP-SCN.123456, then there's CP-RCT.123456, CP-DvL, CP-OfC, etc. Same shit for OWS (overwatch).

I get it now. If you're a combine and you press E on a dispenser, it turns it on/off. If you're a citizen, it checks your ID card and gives you rations.

By this I meant soda machine. I realised, same thing as above. If you're a combine and you hit E on it, you're turning it on/off. Only citizens can press E on it to buy stuff from it.

Figured it out. You have to toggle it on then set a frequency for it. Then use /r to communicate on that frequency.

[B]13.[/B] In your inventory, you need to left click on the item and press the 'Toggle' option. By default, the frequency is already set to w/e your config sets it to. You can change that by left clicking on the item in the inventory and pressing Set Frequency. To communicate with others on the same frequency, use /r ot /radio followed by what you want to say.
