They are when you're a fucking badass. It depends how you load them anyway. Clearly this guy wanted to be a [b]fucking badass[/b] so he loaded every fucking round as a fucking tracer. It creates a crazy fucking light show when you're fucking dudes up.

Also, I can imagine a guy this badass likes to say "fuck" a lot.
