I mean everybody basically has infinite but entirely situational resources, so as long as you don't mind being a dick it'd be perfectly viable to attack everyone

I will admit the infinite resources thing seems like a stupid thing but its there so it doesnt restrict players much .
Not to mention i wouldve needed more help if i wanted to turn this into a full on game with stats n shit etc

Just an idea, how about some sort of world map with all the borders and diffrent resources in each one. Depending on what part of the world you own can affect your weaponary,vehicles and troops and people fight for thoes resources so they will have to defend it.

Right, but I'm talking like Umbrella-level. Genetics, hi-tech weaponry, paramilitary, stuff like that. If that's a good thing, then Zephyr Manufacturers is in the game.
Although Nifian Industries work in intelligence, we do manufacturing and weapon deals.
We also do augmentations and researching genetic cloning.
