This was recovered from an old lab I was scavenging, it was a remote memory stick which allowed me to view video feeds, the first one that popped up was a man covered in blood, sitting down, then suddenly, static. For 5 minutes I was finding a way to restore power, when it somehow cured itself, he was choking an ATLAS soldier, somehow in mid air, his eyes and mouth glowing white, whilst his hand, trembling slightly, had a red light above it. This man has mastered the space-time continuum and altered physics for his own power.
Could he be the reason for the war? I'm going to find him.
