I was going to do something be and clever and crazy but I couldn't think of anything crazy or clever so I did this. Editing isn't too crazy but I did do this whilst having my morning coffee (tis hard to move these Elder bones without some galvanization).

So the solutions are to make shitty models, or not make them public? That's pretty stupid. What annoys me the most, is when no one even asks. Anyone who has ever PM'd me about using my personal model, has never gotten a rude response. It's not like this shit is my intellectual property, but I put it together to be a representation of me. When people ask, I say I'd prefer they don't use mine, but I always offer them help on their own model. But whatever, this was going to be my last personal model ever, but fuck it. I don't feel like making anymore.

I'm not saying make shitty models. If you have a problem about this, how people edit your hacks, then ya, you should have made it private (to who ever ask for it, threw PM or whatever) or at least mention about it. Like, asking you for permission, or to not to edit this for your own character. He probably didn't know, since you never mention about that, just chill.
This is what would happen, when you release something. Don't expect people to simply not to edit it, and not knowing you didn't want them to edit it, or in some case they don't really care. I've seen that happen time to time.
