I decided since everyone see's me as ellis I made a facemap using ellis' face The only reason I made a new skin is because I wanted something that was a little more like me which Ellis is the oppisite of me in every way He wears hats and t-shirts which I always wear hoodies over my shirts and I never wear hats and Ellis is shorter then like every model that's not a female even though I'm quite tall. What do you think?

Open the file in GIMP or PS or whatever you're using and make the areas you want to be transparent... transparent somehow. EG select them with a selection tool and press Delete or something. If you use PS, I can't give any detailed advice. Btw start adding some shaders (phong mostly) to your models. Would make the textures look less flat.
