I was like...6 or 8 and I got it from the Indiana Jones Ride's gift shop down at Walt Disney World.

It's a peice of shit, though. I lost the sheath for it and now every time so much as look at it the blade is bent into a curve like that, no matter how much i straighten it :v:

Its medical crap for clear skin or something, I don't use it just came with something else that I use
