If i remember you can also create a toy character as well.

Also is it possible to change your characters appearance in skyrim (Hair and beard) after you've escaped Helgan?

I actually downloaded this Megadeth Windows 7 theme and it came with a few desktop wallpapers but most got cut off. This one is strangely cool but gets cutoff
