I have every Twisted Metal except 3, I don't own the PSP one but I have it when they brought it over to the PS2

anyway, I did what LT suggested and lowered the res of the texture and made up for it with a detail texture, here are the files, the PSD contains all the layers I did, so you can recolour easily or whatever.
