Black is supposed to be transparent? Try "$alphatest 1" Assuming the alpha map is intact in the texture

the last time you had transparency issues, the texture didn't have anything transparent on it, I suggest loading the texture to actually see if it is transparent first. If it is, add the lines [code] "$translucent" "1" "$alphatest" "1" [/code]

God, why are the textures ripped from Dead Rising 2 are so small compared to the ones extracted from the files?
