I instinctively read western comics left to right and manga right to left
it becomes a bit of a problem when western manga rears it's head though because the artwork is all like RIGHT TO LEFT DAWG but it's arranged LEFT TO RIGHT
I'm just saying. It gets confusing when I pick up a Spider-Man comic or something and he releases the bad guy instead of catching him.
