i think the top half is fine, but the trousers should be like cotton or something.

They would have them wear heavy jeans to restrict movement, its harder to run, and do things in jeans then it is with shorts.
Also the black I do agree shouldn't be their, and I will ask the skinner to go back and touch the black up some more.

I'm pretty sure every prisoner in the world doesn't have the same outfit. That's just thinking inside the box

I visited a Texan Minimum security prison, up near Houston, and it was 102 outside 107 inside due to no AC.
