It was in the process of building it, I usually divide the tank into two parts whereas you have the body and the turret including all of its parts - the gun (Rhein metall 120mm to be precise). That way I can turn the turret (axis the parenting chip to the main prop) and see if I've made any mistakes. However it's not like that right now. Check out the pics and you'll see it for yourself, the gun does level up and down.
I only posted that pic to show you just exactly what a bitch it is, where the turret consists of around 200 props.
