it's only the first time, though. I think, unlike the other GCFs, Garry's Mod has to copy the contents over and thus it takes forever. I've noticed this, too on more than one machine and anyone that says "no it doesn't" is either a miracle worker or is a liar who has no idea what they are talking about.
Took me around 1-1 and half second to spawn the first time, now it's instant.
