The title doesn't work in favor of this, like others I was expecting a Batman esque picture. Maybe use a title that doesn't contradict the picture itself. Also if you hadn't made "several" mistakes maybe people wouldn't be kicking your arse.

The quality may not be good, but the art design is sweet.
A low angle shot with his arms out and him with a big grin on his face and maybe a city in the background on fire (obviously on a dif map) would be a well put together screenshot. But then again for your starting poses I would stick to HL2 poses, or MW2/DoD poses.

You mustn't be paying much attention, "lone badass personal model in a single shaft of light holding some guns randomly (possibly sitting)" is about as dime-a-dozen as MW2 poses

There are a million things out there with titles that can be confused with other things, so frankly I think this is the least of his worries
