You can give C&C and not be an ass or boost your own ego, and frankly this section has a huge share of assholes that need to either be taught how to behave or get kicked out. Same goes for the comic section and all those troll comics that stopped being funny 5 years ago.
To comment on the picture(s): it's a bit empty for such a shot, the scene building is fine but it could use a few more people, and I have to agree on the contrast, bump it up a little and this picture will gain a lot of depth.

essentially this place is a closed community and people coming in from outside and thinking they need to "fix" things are the catalyst for the worst of the shitfights, it happens every time

actually i strongly disagree
monochromatic pictures are fantastic so long as the contrast is set right and the subject is in focus.
to me, monochromatic pictures work amazing if you add colors to shadows and highlights to create a two-tone look to it without making it look incredibly bleach bypassed and ultra contrasty. just about any mood can be captured with ultra-selective coloring and/or no color at all, because with monochromatic photography, it's all about the lighting and not the color tone.
want it to be mysterious/sad? take a dark picture with noir elements -- want it to be exciting? make it bright.
so much can be achieved with desaturation too because it combines the best of monochromatic photography and adds a bit of color to keep everything in perspective

color photography works differently and gives you way too many prohibitions to really make photography and "art."
I don't agree it can work in every situation. Sure you can show emotion through the vibrance or darkness/brightness of the picture but there's a certain element you can't always get in monochromatic. There's so much you can see see through colour to read into a picture... I'd go into that but it seems pointless in the context of Gmod.

Poor wheelchair man.
Those two elderly citizen purposefully jumped infront of the tank so they could sue the driver for negligence and punitive damages, that's my take on the picture :3
