It's not a port. It's an addon for Gmod 13 you can add if you have the CS:GO beta.

Actually it is. Ellis ported it from CS:GO and it does work in GMod 12.

I know most people will go all like "Oh it's ported from the Beta so it means it's not finished etc.". Well let me explain. I know it's from the Beta of CS:GO but that is not the point. I wanted to make personal skinners have their own version of cs_office. Not some texture replaced custom map that really wasn't much intended for them. After I saw Dukovs post I was considering adding some more stuff like... bathrooms or something along those lines.
P.S: It's still not finished.
