That's because HLMV generally uses the lowest texture MIP unless you force it trough the nvidia control panel or similar.
And this forcing has to be done for all versions of HLMV most of the time - one for 2009 (most mods) 2007 - BMS etc.

So I just came back from the Indiana Jones marathon, had a blast. The movies were Imax, bigger screen and loud.I loved the movie theater (The AMC ones) because its nice, big, old movie posters, and of course the food. There is normal movie theater type food and actual food (Like chicken fingers and pizza) with curly fries and if you buy the large popcorn and/or soda you can get unlimited refills. Also when you go to get your ticket punch they give you a free Indiana Jones poster and a laminate in the shape of the golden idle from the first movie, the actual idle pic on the front and the movies with the start times on the back. I saw two people dressed up and they gave them guest passes at the end for that, in between movies they had like a trivia question or 2 so you could win prizes (A kid got a shirt and cards and some guy got a comic). Lastly there was some 18 year old there who me and my mom started talking to, he was nice and liked a lot of cool things, plus he gave us his popcorn bag so we could get it refilled
