I'm simply trying to get us out of this rut (that I'm pretty sure I had a hand in starting) by laughing at other's misfortune. Lets have a completely mature and grown up discussion then. In the recent months, assistants/tacticool/innuendos have become more and more frequent. A few don't like it, a few like it, and a few disliked it so much that they left because of it. Now, how do we go about fixing it? We get rid of it. BUT that would be going against what some of the others in the thread like, thus leading to disagreements and arguments.
