I'm not terrified of conflict. I'm bothered that you people have issues to begin with. The frivolous things that get argued about in here are laughably stupid. Nothing "needs to be changed". Everything is totally fine as is but people make a big deal about the little things. I swear, sometimes you people need to get a better idea of what real problems are.

We don't need to have a mature/grown-up conversation. Big deal there's drama and falling out, it's not like it's gonna be the last argument. It's just a thread where we represent ourselves in a virtual form. Drama has been a been apart of this thread series since the start - that's not posivitive, but I'm merely stating the fact. I'm just saying it's gonna happen again.

Everyone takes this way too seriously sometimes - sure I get mad at times, and yeah, my posing is "gun bsns" but, really? it's just poses I do for fun. It's perskinning in the end, something we should all do for fun. I'm not saying we should continue the drama, because it will inevitably begin again. It's just the internet.

Sure, Rin wasn't exactly the best poser, she ghost rated and she got way too comfortable, as two people have said, but it's not like we weren't expecting it to end so badly

At the end of the day, this is all gonna end badly, personal skins will have so much drama, mods will get sick, and they will close it - that is inevitable. It's gonna go extremely quick, so just make the most of it. In two-three years I will be gone. During those two-three years, I want to spend as much of it as I can with you guys. It's the internet. It's not serious at all, we're on different corners of the earth.

I don't want to bring it all done to this - but when certain users join, that is where the drama begins. Sure, I've done it and I was one of those, but, so was Rinfect, but she's gone, and I can say - without being horrible about it - that things will be as they were before.

OK, this is how I feel about the Waifu/assistant/tacticool/innuendo situation:

Let it be, within reason.

I fully understand why people utilize Waifus, Assistants, Tacticool poses of themselves and friends, and innuendo jokes, because it's a means to feel good about themselves, but within realistic reason. Lemmie explain why I think people utilize a particular bit, and how we should react accordingly.

Waifu: Sad but true, there are a lot of lonely people out there. Some turn to pornography, others to waifus. Having a character say "I Love You" makes a lot of these lonely people feel better about themselves. And that's OK in my book. So if you have one, cool, just don't go crazy with the poses (Please keep the [I][U]"OMG isunt mai Waifu soooo Kawaii Desu :3"[/U][/I] to a maximum of two pictures per ten pages, or a single post of four pictures per fifteen pages) and things should be OK. If you don't have a waifu, don't understand why people cling to the, or thing it's a bad idea or just plain weird, [I][B]keep it to yourself[/B][/I], or respectfully disagree.

Assistants/Companies: Similar to waifus, some people feel better when a team of characters says "You're the best, boss!" And something that makes someone feel better about themselves is OK, just keep the posts of said pictures down to a minimum.

Tacticool: People like to look cool, and it's hella cheaper modifying and upgrading a Gmod character than it is to modify and upgrade IRL tacticool gear. There should probably be a page, every fifteen to twenty pages, that is simply [I]devoted[/I] to the tacticool phenomena. But don't be a dick because you simply don't like the combination of pouches and stuff someone else used. Constructive criticism (so why would you have that particular pouch there? How would he go to the bathroom?) is always better than "that shit sux. You suck. GTFO"

Innuendo: This should be handled [I][U][B]very carefully.[/B][/U][/I] This kind of joke is funny, but only if all parties involved are OK with it. If FP Member A hits on FP Member B's female perskin, and Member B says, "oh baby" that it's probably OK. But there should be well defined lines. If you want to make it hot & heavy, take it to steam chat. If someone feels uncomfortable about a particular joke, PM the person to stop. If they persist, bug a mod to make them stop. If they [I]still[/I] persist, a 24 hour ban should straighten their shit out.
