OK FOLKS, HERE'S THE EDIT!!!

Edit One, User in front of Hologram. I cut the Hologram around the Commander. I don't really like it.

Edit Two, Hologram in front of User. This one has a slightly lower opacity for the hologram layer, so you can see our Commander.

Edit Three, Hologram in front of User, v2. Higher Opacity, but you start to lose the Commander in the details of the Hologram.

Edit Four, User in front of Hologram, v2. Made the Commander a separate layer, then positioned him and the hologram accordingly, which removes the rimlighting on his frame from V1.
