Some German soldiers getting shot on a staircase by an American with an M1 Garand

Love the overall atmosphere of the picture.
Damn. These all previous comments say it all.
Really great job, love the thick smoke in there. (:
Great posing and I quite like the idea behind the smoky muzzlesmoke. I like the smoky impacts too. Lighting is great as usual but the blood looks really 2D. It needs some shadowing and highlighting or something to make it seem more 3D.
thats horrible, whyd you make a picture of people getting blown up?
are you going to shoot up a school
I hope you're being sarcastic.

I'm always wary of adding 3d effects to blood because it always looks like bevel, but I'll see what I can do.
Do you mean the blood on the floor or on the wall?

Yeah I know what you mean. Ooh I didn't spot the blood on the wall, that's really nice, I was referring to the little pool on the floor.
If you dodge a little just inwards from the edges of the pool it can make it appear like it has a little more depth:

Not the best example in the world obviously, especially because of the depth-of-field, but it didn't seem to come out too badly in this picture.
K, added to OP, tell me what you think

Aww awesome. Looks a million times better now. Nice work!
Thanks for the C&C. If anyone else has anything I should fix, I'll do my best to.
Nah looks good to me.
oh by the way, who can spot the dead combine elite?
the room in the back with the blood on the walls
Well no one seemed to have spotted it before so I guess it wasn't TOO easy.

I saw the blood and boots, and assumed it was another german :eng99:
in reality, one of the germans would have had juggernaut and steady aim and just mow down the guy
No he would have juggernaut and matyrdom
and I would have stopping power and steady aim and win.
People who have them are beta testers/advertisers for the CoD:WaW model pack that Bloocobalt is making.
Nice picture, looks awesome. Where is everyone getting these german models from?
Bloocobalt
Oh blooooo...I sure could use some WW2 models besides DoD :mmmhmm:
Is the estimate still a year for the models?

Yes, sorry. I hope this ''I has Moduls that u has nawt LOl" shit stops.
That's not really my intent. The models are going to be released in installments. They will all be finished at the end of the year. You'll probably get these ragdolls sooner.

Then why do i only see you using those???
How do you do the editing? It is excellent. I like the posing on the German soldiers, they look like they have been caught by suprise while going down the stairs, M1 grand is my favorite WW2 rifle as well so thats another bonus.
Are the models hard to pose with?
Then why do i only see you using those???
Because they're excellent models. They're fun and easy to pose, they look good, they're very customizable. I'm not going to stop using them just so you can feel better. It's not personal.

No, they're very flexible. The editing took three or four hours to do, I'd estimate. Plus all the revisions I've made as people point them out in the thread. I might make some editing tutorials if I ever find the time and inspiration.

It doesn't make me feel better. It's just what you do goes againts what you say.

so, you mean he'll release the german models in say, a month, then the americans in another month, then the russians, japanese, weapons, gibs etc?
Something like that.
One can hope.
