How else are you supposed to get better? If you think everything you do is perfect, you would have nothing to improve on to actually get better. Take all the negative comments you recieve on your poses, and actually work on what you're doing wrong. Ignoring them isn't going to do anything. If somebody says you need to use more effort in posing, then actually spend more time posing. If you get bored half way, make a save file of it and then work on it the next day. Nobody wants to see something posed in 10 minutes.

Someone said it already but I'm gonna remark it, one of the zombies looks like he is not moving and the zombie on the left side (on the ground) got part of his head off(I'm guessing that he got shooted) so there should be more blood.
While I agree with what the above people have said, this pic looks better then some of the other stuff I've seen from you previously. So I can only expect things to improve.
But don't get angry about people criticising you're work. Infact, listen and you may learn a thing or too.

When a person dies, gets shot whatever, do realize that everything or most of his systems in his body are going to stop functioning.
There fore, if he was shot in the head, we would had already been on the ground, creating a blood pool.
In this case, hes a zombie. Hes dead. Hearts not beating. Not many things are functioning.
